Working With Men
I help men step into a stronger, more grounded version of themselves. Many come to work through past trauma, to manage overwhelming feelings, and improve their relationships.

Recognizing and understanding your protective or reactive patterns
Building emotional awareness and clear, healthy communication
Strengthening relationships—with yourself, your partner, your children, and others
The goal: to show up as your authentic, mature masculine self—more present, connected, and in control.
Working with Women
I support women who have experienced trauma — whether in their childhood, in intimate relationships, or through grief/loss. These experiences can make it harder to feel safe and trusting of others, or feel secure within yourself.
You might be feeling:
Not good enough or unlovable
Self-critical and blaming of yourself
Invalidated and alone in your relationship
Fearful of intimacy
Together, we will:
Explore challenges you’ve been facing
Understand and break unhealthy repetitive patterns
Build self-love and inner strength
Create healthier, more secure connections with yourself and others
The goal: to develop a healthier relationship with yourself and others, where you feel safe and supported.
Working with Couples
I work with couples to help them understand the source of painful patterns and break free from them, so that they can find their way back to genuine connection with one another. Together, we create a safe space where both partners can be seen, heard, and understood.

Improving honest, open and emotional communication
Taking responsibility and learning to repair conflicts
Building deeper emotional safety and connection
