Healing Through Connection, Awareness, and Authentic Change

I am a relationally-oriented therapist and my work is grounded in psychodynamic theory, internal family systems and attachment theory. In my practice, I help men and women heal from attachment injuries and uncover unconscious patterns that shape how they may connect, protect and distance themselves in relationships.

Whether you are navigating issues of identity and intimacy or breaking free from cycles of relational trauma, we work to replace self-criticism with compassionate self-understanding. Together, we will build the emotional literacy and inner resilience you need to engage with your life more fully and authentically.

Establish Safety & Connection

I begin by building a secure therapeutic relationship where curiosity replaces judgment. This initial phase creates the psychological safety necessary for you to explore your inner world and name the patterns that have historically kept you stuck.

Uncover & Heal Internal Patterns

Using a psychodynamic and "parts-work" lens, I explore the attachment wounds and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I approach your inner conflicts with compassion, helping you reprocess traumatic imprints, move from self-criticism toward internal understanding and eventual change.

Embody Relational Change

The final stage focuses on moving from insight to action. “In your relationships, you will develop the emotional literacy and grounded communication tools needed to engage with life more fully, allowing you to show up in your relationships with mature, secure, and authentic energy.
