Healing Through Connection, Awareness, and Authentic Change

I believe healing happens through safe, caring relationships—including the one we build together. My approach is grounded in understanding how your past experiences have shaped your behaviours, how you feel about yourself, and how you relate to others.

I help people better understand themselves and the patterns that have kept them stuck, so that they can begin their journey to heal wounds within themselves and in their relationships.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or finding it difficult to connect to yourself or others, you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll work together to help you build a kinder, more understanding relationship with yourself, so that you can show up in a way that feels more true to who you are.

My Process

Establish Safety & Connection

I begin by building a secure therapeutic relationship where curiosity replaces judgment. This initial phase creates the safety necessary for you to explore your inner world and name the patterns that have historically kept you stuck.

Uncover & Heal Internal Patterns

Together, we’ll explore difficult life experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I’ll teach you to approach your inner conflicts with compassion, help you reprocess traumatic experiences, and move from self-criticism toward internal understanding and eventual change.

Embody Personal & Relational Change

The final stage is about turning insight into meaningful action. In your relationships, you’ll build the emotional awareness and communication skills needed to handle difficult moments and connect more authentically with your partner. Individually, you’ll learn to recognize and change unhealthy behaviours, and speak to yourself in a kinder, more supportive way.
