About Me
My name is Sebastian and I am Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University. I’ve been doing this work for over 10 years.
I began my journey in community mental health and not for profit, community-based counselling agencies, before eventually moving into private practice, where I’ve spent the last 6 years helping people make real, lasting changes. I take this work seriously—and I’m always learning so I can show up fully for the people I work with.
As a husband and proud father of two boys, family has deeply shaped the way I understand connection, patience, and emotional growth. I know that life can feel overwhelming at times, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment.
Here’s what I believe: we are shaped by relationships, and we heal in relationships. That includes the one we build together. I’m an active, engaged therapist. I won’t just sit back—I’ll help you look honestly at what’s working, what’s not, and why.
Together, we’ll pay close attention to the patterns you may be stuck in—how you protect yourself, where you shut down, where you reach, and where things go off track. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and figure out the steps needed to make lasting, meaningful change.
